"The room was clean and the lobby well taken care of. Accessibility to parking was good, though being on the second floor without an elevator was VERY inconvenient with luggage - we would not do that again. We had the king suite and the mattress was too, too hard, unreasonably hard for a king accommodation. Though the bathroom was clean, the tiles in the shower/tub should be regrouted - it was not attractive. The pricing for breakfast with "coupon vouchers" was too high ($10/person) - we got an excellent meal in town for half the price of your vouchered breakfast."
